Drawing from the texts of the Hallel service, composer Robert Applebaum has produced a setting of Pitchu Li (Psalm 118: 19-25). With overlapping, sweeping melodic lines interspersed with lively, jazzy material, the piece is ideal for a concert program or as a service anthem.
